Frame work is made up of pressure treated lumber (chemically infused wood) and galvanized fasteners and hangers designed to strengthen and help resist structural breakdown due to weather and to maximize longevity of the deck’s life span.

There are a variety of options when selecting a decking surface. Weather resistance and longevity of life span are key considerations. As such two of the most common deck materials used in this climate are composite and pressure treated due to their resiliency when exposed to the elements.
