We had a great experience working with Jack and everyone that worked on our basement project. From start to finish, he was patient, professional, and an excellent communicator. Expectations were clearly explained up front, timelines were realistic, and any questions we had were answered promptly and honestly.

What really stood out was the follow-through. He did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it. The work was done carefully and to a high standard, and the whole process felt organized and respectful of our home and my family.

I just wanted to tell you how much I love my ensuite renovation. It turned out even better than I had envisioned.

Paul was very instrumental for the success in the Reno. I love the fact the tiling is the same level as the flooring in our bedroom. The herringbone layout of the tile is stunning, and the shower and niche are beautiful.  He has a good eye for detail and is knowledgeable in all renovation aspects beyond tiling.

Thank you for dealing with the plumbing issue that we were having. I think it is resolved now.

This review is long overdue. Last year, summer 2021, my old deck was on the verge of collapsing. Actually Jack came to inspect it in the fall of 2020 to see if it would safely make it through the winter as the main support beam had rotted. Long story short, it would hold out until the crew could get to it the next season. It was a bug, dirty job tearing down the old one right to ground level. Everything was rotted and had to go. It should be noted this deck is approximately 5 feet high and is the only source of access to the back door and with 2 large dogs, a necessity. In one day the entire structure was removed and hauled away. The fellows came back and in another day, completed the supports, deck floor and stairs leading to yard. The rest of the work was completed in a timely manner, weather permitting. The entire team were just such nice fellows. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Thanks again!

Jack, my husband is still enjoying his office and we both enjoy how beautiful the doors look and function!
