One of our primary requests comes from clients looking to develop their unfinished basement spaces for function, added space and to entertain. This project encompasses all three of these elements while also offering a sizeable additional storage area as well as a bedroom with walk-in closet space. Our favorite piece of the recreation area is the wet bar! A great place to pour a drink, prepare snacks and entertain guests gathering for ‘The Big Game’.
Stain matched cabinetry, ceramic tile floor & glass backsplash as well as quartz countertops were included to match the upper levels and create a continuous feel & flow in this 2 story home in North West Edmonton.
Based off of the builder’s existing foundation foot print, we were able to maintain a sizeable open recreation area adjacent to the bar & entertaining area. A great space to hang a TV for movie watching, set-up a pull-out couch for those lazy days or for the billiards fanatic: playing some pool…
