A yard can be a great addition to your home’s usable space. An outdoor retreat or backyard oasis can not only offer an additional area with in your property to enjoy but also add value and maximize functional space. Soil, Sod & Sand

For this project, rough grade was built up with top soil and sod was laid in the front and back yard. Ground cover & sand were installed around the play structure, pea gravel added along the side of the house.

Hot Tub Pad & Patio Border

The perimeter of this brushed concrete patio was excavated so that limestone rock and pressure treated timbers could be added to create an aesthetic buffer between concrete and grass. A tamped crush base was installed to support & level the hot tub.

Lawn & Border

For this project, the top layer of gravel was scraped & relocated for reuse. The area was then covered with a layer of top soil & sod including a landscape tie border that was added to define the separation from grass to gravel.
